Customer Review: A Friendly Duck for the Hearing Impaired

I bought this timer for my husband, who has lost hearing in the upper registers. Traditional timers are simply outside of his range of hearing, but this Polder Vibrating Alarm is lower pitched. It sounds a little like a friendly duck quacking. It also flashes a red light to supplement the aural alarm. Besides being hard of hearing, my husband doesn't see very well, and he was gratified with the big, easy-to-read display.
